Post Marriage
If you did not have a pre-nuptial in place prior to getting married, you can have a post-nuptial agreement drawn up. Even if you was not considering a pre-nuptial prior to the marriage, there may be significant events that may make you consider this option. Such an event could be that you inherit assets/money and you wish to protect this for the benefit of children from an earlier marriage.
If you had a pre-nuptial in place prior to getting married, there will be a date where it needs to be reviewed. This is when you would have a post-nuptial agreement prepared.
